Conditioned in fastening thrust "Zero", following three different
screwdrivers were tested and compared by our own made torque testing machine.
Fastening thrust = 0 kgf (Almost the same)Here is the result.

| This test result shows that Vessel
JAWSFIT proves to minimize cam out phenomenon during the fastening operation with
screws (which let thescrewdrivers floated over) and to prevent leam out phenomenon(which
destroy cross recess). |

Test method :
The above four screwdrivers were processed to fix with the screws,
which are hard to come off. Five different examiners tested
each of concerned four screwdrivers individually and measure the output of torque
by manual grip fastening for three times.
Test result :
We measured the 15 data for every driver, and calculated
the average. (The max. and min. values were removed.)

| Evaluation: As compared with No.600 Cushion grip screwdriver, MEGADORA shows about 10 percent lower torque. As compared with No.6300 Crystal line screwdriver, which is considered to be standard value for drivers in general, MEGADORA shows about 35 percent higher torque. No.600 Cushion grip screwdriver shows higher torque, however, the hollow grip lines of No.6300 Clystaline screwdriver might hurt the palm with greater pains, while No.900 MEGADORA has soft to the touch enabling the palm less burdens. |
