[Q] What is the sales point for the yellow boxed MEGADORA set ?

[A] The yellow is the color which attracts people attentions. The box itself can be used for display box. Therefore the agents do not have to prepare new display case for MEGADORA. This MEGADORA is manufactured based on ISO standard in addition to the nice assortments. Therefore those box sets are ideal especially for Europe and the rest of the world market.

[Q] What particular advantage can the user enjoy with this triple injection molded handle grip comparing to conventional hard and simple plastic handle screwdriver?

[A] Several screwdriver manufacturers of the world also produce this triple injection molded plastic handle. However we at VESSEL use the recycle-plastic materials in the inner core resin and applied the thin and hard resin molded with soft cushion plastics to gain the most maximum power of the handle grip.

We use the latest technology of this pollution free tool manufacturing by utilizing our global materials in its efficiency of cycling. This is a completely different concept from regular models such as #600 and #630. The spools and runners left with injection molding works are destroyed into the pellet form to be recycled for the black inner core part.

Triple Injection Molded process has been extremely precision designed not just for outside figures but, the meticulous calculation of the recycle material volume and the weight. The dimensions of the handle grip outside diameter of this MEGADORA series screwdrivers are the largest ever among our conventional screwdrivers manufactured. This secures higher torque in its fastening and the gravity of the plastic resin has been calculated as 0.91 the lightest which contributes for the light handle yet with max. fastening power.

[Q] Very clear design of the handle surface so smooth and round but is this surface rubbed enough so that efficient turning torque could be gained ? And further does the oily hand get disadvantage in its turning ?

[A] Advantaged smooth surface design secures the firm gripping due to its material of "Elastoma" elastic plastic material, you can grab the handle because of its non-slip fitting at the time of your gripping over the surface of the handle. However, we cannot recommend you turn it with your oily hand palm. This oily hand grip turning over any material of handle shall lead to the dangerous moment because of its slippery turning.

[Q] Is there any chance of the peeling off at the part of two different colors meet on the handle surface plastics ? Or is there any possibility of the plastic part of the handle to be melted due to the phenomenon of the oily handle in its use ?

[A] MEGADORA handle is consisting of the inner core black color Poly Propylene and Soft Cushion "Elastoma" in its soft material. Both of these plastics are melted so, no possibility of departing or peeling off.

[Q] We would like to know more of the "Satin Chrome Plating". Advantage and Disadvantage.

[A] Satin Chrome plating is the most endurable procedures for the anti-corrosion and the anti-erosion as well. Satin Chrome plated surface is graceful glossy less but the same and conventional Chrome plating is being applied. This dual application produces even the best anti-corrosion and the erosion already found in our test of salt spray.

The surface finishing of tools in general has two types, one you can see in American tools with "Glossy and Mirror finished procedured surface and Non-glossy surface found in European tools which gives you more traditional and graceful taste. But these come from same chemical procedures in different machining over the surface of the materials. In other words, underneath the plating the so called Satin Chrome plating applied first and Chrome plated over it, which bring you different impression of the surface.

[Q] Is there any particular difference in the strength against its anti-corrosion comparing to other just regular Chrome plated and or other special plating ?

[A] As explained above, the surface of the Satin Chrome plating has been plated with Chrome Chemicals which brings same strength against erosion. In other words, to be fair understanding to this Satin Chrome plated tool has extra plating procedure before the regular Chrome plating.

[Q] Regular Chrome plating may have a problem of "Peel off" of the thin material of the Chrome itself. Is there any possibility of this same problem with Satin Chrome plated?

[A] "Peel off" depends on the conditions of how much the plating contacted the material surface. From our long experiences our tool does not have this problem by controlling the thickness of the dual plating to 0.25 - 0.50 micron since we know that the thicker plating gives more possibility of the "Peel off".

[Q] It is not difficult for us to see the whity area in the black tip of the "JAWSFIT", but we need more of your easy explanation of how it is advantaged. and also what makes the reduction of the CAM OUT with this JAWSFIT tip.

[A] As you can see, there are innumerable pieces of the steel grains placed over the surface of the blade of this JAWSFIT. These shining and extra hard grits are coated on the blade surface in our special technology. The materials are white in its color. As the grinding stone, this micro grits clutch into the screw and grab it to eliminate the CAM OUT.
